Understand the records behind a quality claim. Review manufacturing qualifications, see what a published COA can tell you, and find the next step for your product and lot.
Review the holder, location, scope and dates before applying a record to a product. The documents below name Pro-Safe entities in Hong Kong or the United States; the named entity is shown on each record. A facility certificate and a finished-product COA answer different questions.
Document review: 13 October 2026. Dates and scope are taken from the linked copies. A date within the stated period does not independently confirm current certification status; issuer conditions and surveillance requirements still apply. To establish coverage for a specific AIDEVI formula or lot, request the matching documentation.

How does manufacturing documentation relate to AIDEVI?
Dovita’s published building image. See AIDEVI’s manufacturing overview for the manufacturing relationship described by the brand.
AIDEVI’s manufacturing overview identifies Dovita Nutrition Health, LLC as a manufacturing partner. This page organizes records under the entities actually named in each document, so you can distinguish the brand, a manufacturing relationship and the holder of a particular certificate.
For a specific formula, the useful connection is the product name and dosage form, the assigned production site, the applicable certificate scope and the batch record. A familiar factory name or shared address alone does not establish that connection.
Current Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP) concerns manufacturing, packaging, labeling and holding controls. For U.S. dietary supplements, these requirements address specifications such as identity, purity, strength and composition, alongside limits on contamination. A certificate should be read together with its scope and the relevant product records.
Manufacturing quality and product research serve different purposes.
Manufacturing records address production controls; research files explain formulation and the evidence examined during development. Explore the product development files, including the NAD+ SUSTAIN development report and EGT 60MG development report, for that separate research context. A development study does not replace a lot-specific quality report.
The report’s named sample, methods and listed tests determine what it can support. Ingredient testing is not automatically finished-product testing, and a manufacturer-issued COA is not automatically an independent third-party laboratory report.
Identity
Look for the exact product or material and a method appropriate to confirming identity. A product name alone is not a complete identity test.
Strength and composition
Check whether an active amount was analytically measured or recorded from manufacturing inputs. These are different kinds of evidence.
Purity and contaminants
Look for the specified impurities or contaminants, test methods and acceptance limits. A purity statement should identify what was assessed.
Microbiological quality
Review the organisms or counts listed, their methods and applicable limits. Unlisted tests cannot be inferred from a general “complies” result.
For independent testing, look for the laboratory’s name, report identifier, sample or lot reference, report date and methods. If an accreditation claim is important to your question, check whether the relevant testing falls within that laboratory’s accredited scope.
Start with the AIDEVI product range to identify your formula, then review its label and any matching report. Ingredient and use questions are covered in the supplement FAQ. Quality test results do not establish clinical effectiveness or guarantee suitability for every person.
How to read a Certificate of Analysis (COA)
Published NMN18000 COA example. Read it in relation to its named product, lot and methods; it does not cover every bottle or formula.
This example names Aidevi NMN 18000 Capsule, lot 01AN17532616, and a report date of 5 November 2025. It is signed by Dovita Nutrition Health, LLC quality control. The public image is linked from the NMN18000 product information.
Match product and lot: Check the exact formula and batch identifier against your bottle or outer package. A similar product name is not enough.
Read the dates: Separate manufacture date, expiry date and report date. An expiry date is not the date of laboratory testing.
Identify the issuer: Check who signed the COA and whether a separate independent laboratory is identified. This image is a manufacturer-issued record.
Compare methods with claims: The active-ingredient rows in this example use “Manufacture input” as the method. They should not be presented as independent analytical assays of potency or purity.
Review specifications and results: Heavy-metal and microbiological rows list methods and limits, with results reported as “Complies.” These are not numerical measured concentrations; request underlying laboratory details if needed.
If the product or lot differs, ask for the applicable record. Even a matching lot number should be read alongside the report’s issuer, sample and testing scope; the image alone does not authenticate a purchase.
Supplier COA examples: a separate document set
The Pro-Safe supplier COA collection (PDF) contains three examples: Elderberry Gummy, Moringa Leaf Capsule and Creatine Monohydrate Powder. These are supplier-issued documents for those named samples; they are not AIDEVI NMN or EGT finished-product batch reports.
Use a supplier COA to review its own named sample and parameters. For your AIDEVI purchase, request the record matching the product and lot.
Questions about certification and product records
Is AIDEVI FDA approved?
FDA does not approve dietary supplements before marketing. Food facility registration is different from product approval. The registration statement linked here was issued by Registrar Corp, not FDA, and its stated confirmation period ended in 2025. Read FDA’s explanation.
Does a facility certificate cover every AIDEVI product?
Coverage depends on the named holder, production site, certified activities, dosage form and certificate period. The documents in this library do not establish identical certification or testing coverage for every AIDEVI formula. Ask for the connection to your exact product.
Are all AIDEVI products halal certified?
The posted certificate is under a Selected Product Halal scheme for the named Pro-safe entity and Hong Kong factory. It does not list every AIDEVI SKU. For a halal requirement, request product-specific confirmation before relying on it.
Does “third-party tested” mean the same thing as a COA?
No. A COA can be issued by a manufacturer or supplier. Independent testing requires an identified external laboratory and a report covering the relevant sample and parameters. Read the issuer and methods rather than relying on the document title.
Are NMN products tested for heavy metals and microbes?
The published NMN18000 example above includes heavy-metal and microbiological parameters for its named lot. That does not establish the same results for NMN45000, EGT products or another batch. Compare the product and lot, then request the relevant records if they differ.
What does an older certificate tell me?
It documents the scope and period shown on that copy. A passed expiry date does not establish whether the holder obtained a renewal; it also cannot be used as evidence of current status. Request an updated copy when you need current manufacturing qualifications.
How do I find the lot number for my bottle?
Look on the bottle, label, base, cap area or outer packaging. Keep the lot/batch code distinct from a barcode, SKU or order number. If the code is missing or unclear, share clear package photos and your purchase source with support.
Can I check every batch on this page?
This page is a static library of published documents. It does not provide an automated lot search or a complete public index of all batches. If your record is not listed, send the product name, lot number and the specific documentation you need to AIDEVI support.
For broader label, ingredient and use questions, visit the supplement FAQ.
Request documentation for your product and lot.
To help locate the relevant information, include the following details in your request:
Exact product name, formula/strength and dosage form.
Lot/batch number and expiry date shown on the package.
Purchase source and clear label or package photos if the code is unclear.
The document or test you need: for example, a batch COA, heavy-metal results, an independent laboratory report or product-specific halal coverage.
Support can review the request and identify what documentation is available. Availability and scope depend on the product and lot; a sample document is not a substitute for a matching record.
